Elevation Roofing and Construction is a veteran-owned, family-operated roofing and construction company serving metro Atlanta, North Georgia and Chattanooga, South Georgia, Augusta and South Carolina. We repair and replace residential and commercial roofs, install siding and gutters, paint and coat exteriors, remodel bathrooms, and take on full residential renovations.
Most of our work is for homeowners dealing with something that cannot wait: a leak, storm damage, a roof at the end of its life. The rest is for people planning an upgrade that has to be done once and done properly. If you are not sure which of those you have, that is what the free estimate is for.

Do you only do roofing?
No. Roofing is where most customers meet us, and we do it on both houses and commercial buildings, but we also handle exterior work like siding, gutters, painting and coating, plus bathroom remodeling and full residential construction. All four run through the same company and the same point of contact.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and it is a real visit rather than a number over the phone. Someone comes out and looks at the actual roof or room before anything is quoted. There is no charge and no obligation to go ahead.
How do I know whether my roof needs repairing or replacing?
Usually you cannot tell from the ground, and we will not guess from a photo. We get up there and look. The age of the roof, how far the damage has spread and whether the decking underneath is still sound all change the answer, and we will explain which one yours needs and why.
Do I need separate contractors for different parts of the job?
Not with us. If a storm takes out the roof and damages the siding, or a bathroom remodel turns into a bigger renovation, it stays with one company on one schedule instead of being split between trades who each blame the other.
Can you do accessibility work on its own, or only as a full remodel?
On its own. Walk-in showers, low-threshold entries, grab bars, shower benches and walk-in tubs can all be done as their own project, finished to match the rest of the room. A safer bathroom can still look like a good one.
